Shipping Policy

We charge a fixed shipping/handling rate of $25 for UPS GROUND or USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the 50 states and it will be delivered in 3-5 business days. If you wish to expedite your order the checkout will calculate the Shipping Cost of the Method selected.

International Shipping:

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with an estimated shipping cost of $80.00US in 3-6 business days. This is the estimated shipping cost for one complete Recovery Pump system with one converter. If you wish to expedite your order and/or purchase more than one system, other shipping carriers and estimates are available on the Recovery Pump website.

Turnaround:

All approved orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of payment and completed order, depending on availability of product. Recovery Pump will contact you via email with a tracking number when order is shipped.

Shipping Hours: Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Completed Order Includes:

• Completed online order including your sleeve size(We can take orders by phone if necessary Ph# 855-REC-PUMP).
• Acceptable Ship To Address verified by UPS or US Postal Service.

Back Order:

If we can’t ship within the specified time we will attempt to contact you with an estimated ship date. You may cancel your order at this time however it is our goal to do everything possible to meet your needs and have product out the door when you need it.
